BOOMbox Engineering

Have you ever wondered how a car engine works or what propels a rocket into space? Have you ever thought about what it takes to build a skyscraper or keep a big factory running smoothly? Sounds like you're interested in engineering. Engineering is the branch of science that focuses on the design and building of structures, machines, and engines—it’s how stuff works.

Stop by the BOOMbox April 30 through August 19 and learn about what it means to be an engineer. Every two weeks, we'll learn about a different engineering field, from solar, wind, and hydropower to civil and mechanical engineering.
