Through discussion and hands-on activities, we’ll explore ways to overcome obstacles and strengthen ourselves, our families, and our community.

Join Joanna Lewis, MD, of Advocate Health Care to learn about the impact of stress and trauma on our lives and the lives of our children. Dinner and children’s activities will be provided. Please register all family members who will attend.
