Young Steinway Concert: John Heo, Violin, and Annika Huprikar, Piano

Each Young Steinway concert showcases young people with extraordinary talent and the drive to make great use of that talent.

John Heo studies violin with Almita Vamos as a merit scholarship recipient at the Music Institute of Chicago Academy. He is winner of the senior division of the 2018 DePaul Concerto Festival. Pianist Annika Huprikar studies with Susan Merdinger and is founder of Music-is-Medicine, a volunteer organization that plays music for memory care center residents.
