A woman and her closeted gay husband run a caftan shop providing exquisitely handcrafted garments. When the couple take on a young man as an apprentice, a complex relationship develops among the husband, the wife, and the newcomer.
Written and directed by Maryam Touzani, this was Morocco’s official entry for Best International Film at the 2024 Oscars.
