Cracking the Code of Applicant Tracking Systems : Part One--Online Event

Tuesday, February 13, 2024
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

More than half of job applicants’ resumes are never seen by a human; the reasons have nothing to do with skills or qualifications. Find out how to avoid the pitfalls.

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) are the Achilles' heel of every job seeker, but online applications are here to stay. For this presentation, Lauren Milligan, owner and career coach for ResuMAYDAY interviewed multiple people who work hands-on with ATS systems and bring that insider information to this presentation. Part two will be held Tuesday, February 20, 7-8:30 pm.

Registration with a valid email address required. The confirmation email you receive from the library will include a link to join the program. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact Indian Trails Public Library District, the hosting library, at 847-459-4100.
