In this book discussion for kids in grades 1-3 and an accompanying grown-up, we'll read and discuss our book and play a book-related game or create a craft together.

In Drawn Together by Minh Lê, a young boy visits his grandfather, and their lack of a common language leads to confusion, frustration, and silence. Then, as they sit down to draw together, something magical happens--with a shared love of art and storytelling, the two form a bond that goes beyond words.

Please register the child only, although an adult must attend as well. All participants must follow the library's pandemic safety guidance.
