Learn what pay transparency is and how to advocate and negotiate for better pay.

This presentation is focused on pay transparency. We will cover lessons and strategies for job seekers and employees to network and become better advocates for themselves. Participants will become better acquainted with resources to learn about a healthy relationship with money and pay transparency.

Presenter Onyx Montez is a museum educator and art history lecturer. In addition to projects focused on social justice and marketing, she is a strong advocate for pay transparency and the author of Show Me the Money: Strategies and Lessons on Salary Transparency for Museum Workers.
