As tensions in Belfast escalate during the late 1960s, nine-year-old Buddy and his family must decide whether to stay or go.

National conflict simmers in Northern Ireland--a split between Protestant unionists, who'd like to remain with the UK, and Catholic nationalists, who see a new future for a united Ireland, leaving Buddy and his family to face life-altering decisions.
