Part two of our coffee series focuses on percolation. If you've used a Chemex, a Vietnamese phin, or made drip or pour-over coffee, you're familiar with percolation.

We'll get into the nitty-gritty of this technique, as well as walk through its history. We'll also explore espresso and its history, as well as a few different ways to make it (for example, using electric and manual machines as well as Moka pots).

We'll round things out by highlighting more books and movies that touch on the history and culture of coffee.
