Financial and Legal Planning for Retirement Years

The National Aging In Place council will present a panel discussion covering legal and financial topics pertinent to senior citizens and their adult children.

Topics will include:
1. Creating an estate plan (wills, trusts, directives)
2. Planning for future health care costs (defining levels of care and long-term care insurance)
3. Using home equity to fund long-term retirement expenses (home equity loans, VA benefits, and reverse mortgages)

Limited to 60 participants. All participants must follow the library's pandemic safety guidance.
