In this interactive workshop, you will review the origins of inequity in the United States and how it systematically affects people of color.

This is the first of a two-part series led by La Wanna Wells, chief equity officer of Niles Township High School District 219. Participation in the both sessions is encouraged but not mandatory. The second session will build on knowledge and awareness gained in this first one.

You will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email, and you are encouraged to participate on a device and in a place where you can enable both audio and video. If you need access to a Chromebook to participate in this event, please email the events team.
