Stews are easy to prepare and enjoy the same day or when planning meals in advance.

Learn a basic stew recipe and explore options to make each meal unique, with tips on how to braise and stew meats and vegetables. No special equipment is needed.

Learn the science behind cooking. We’re focusing on the basics, from eggs to salad dressings to grilled cheese, to encourage you to see your kitchen as your lab for experimentation.
