Thursday, November 12, 2020
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Learn practical strategies for coping with the stress caused by the changes and uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how you can also support others through the challenges.

Are you a parent whose children are learning remotely? Has your work situation changed dramatically as a result of the pandemic? Are you socially isolated as a result of physical distancing? Our lives have changed significantly over the past eight months, and we all could use a little relief.

Catherine Counard, MD, medical officer for the Office of Health Protection at the Illinois Department of Public Health and former director of the Village of Skokie Health Department, will provide a keynote presentation on COVID-19 in Illinois, after which other local organizations and residents will share resources and ways to deal with challenges caused by COVID-19.

Registration closes at 12 pm the day of the event. If you have questions about this event after registration has closed, please email the events team.
