Mindfulness Skills for Kids

Learn how to calm the mind, increase focus, and regulate emotions through fun and engaging mindfulness-based exercises from Culture of Safety. Limited to 15 kids ages 5-7 with an adult.

Caregivers will participate and will be provided handouts so they can help kids practice the skills they learn in the class.
