Summer Service

Volunteer with us this summer! Whether you’re looking for a weekly volunteer shift or an opportunity to drop in for an hour, we’re excited to connect with you. Complete our participation form to learn more and get started. You can also check out Teens in Action. Email the teen team with questions.

During the School Year

We offer service opportunities throughout the school year. Some opportunities are only offered during school breaks or days off. Others are ongoing, like Teen Library Council, which meets once a month on Thursday afternoons. You can also check out Teens in Action, a service opportunity that allows you to earn hours independently and on your own schedule. We look forward to working with you!

If you are a teen who needs community service hours to clear a ticket or fulfill a court-ordered requirement, please email the teen team. Include your name, the school you attend, the number of hours you need, and the date you need the hours to be completed. You must be 18 or under and live in Skokie or attend a Skokie
