1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Book Discussion Room

Join us for our monthly book discussion for patrons with visual impairments.

This month's selection is Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. Ifemelu and Obinze fall in love in Nigeria. They separate when she heads to America and he to London, then reunite in their newly democratic homeland. Audiobooks are available through the Talking Book and Braille Service of the Illinois State Library. For information on how to enroll in this service, call 847-972-5651. Patrons of all abilities are welcome to participate in the discussion and to read the book in any format.
