Our breathing is a powerful teacher and guide to our inner selves. Instructor Jenelle Thurston will guide you through accessible breathing techniques to calm the mind and body.

Learn to release stress and come into a more centered way of being during this workshop, which explores what areas in the body are holding stress and how you can release it. This session will end with a 15-minute guided relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. Limited to 30 participants.
