What makes a cookie chewy instead of crisp or cakey? What makes bread rise? Dive into the chemistry of everyday baking in this hands-on, two-day boot camp. Limited to 12 participants in grades 2-5.
Participants must commit to attending both sessions. Dress to mess. Children who have not attended a baking boot camp in the past will have priority.
