Cultivate your ability to be more mindful, which will reduce stress and enhance performance. You'll gain insight by observing your mind and being fully aware of your surroundings and tasks.

Tonight, join Debbie Friend for laughter yoga, which combines simulated laughter with breathing techniques to produce physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Please wear comfortable clothing. Limited to 30 participants.
