Enjoy a soothing cup of tea as we explore the origins and varieties of tea. Part discussion, part demonstration, and part taste test.

We’ll start with a brief presentation, leading into a discussion and demonstration, where you will get to taste this month’s theme. Annie Xiang, founder of Chicago's Volition Tea, will join us to discuss the six categories of Chinese teas and some of the history.

Registration begins January 2.
