Sensory-Friendly Family Movie: Shrek

This special sensory screening is designed for families with neurodivergent children and others who may benefit from a less intense movie experience.

We will keep the lights on and turn the sound down so you can shout, sing, or move about in whatever way is needed to enjoy the film.

Long ago and far away, Farquaad, a disagreeable lord, banished fairy-tale folk to the swamp of a grumpy ogre named Shrek. To restore his peace and quiet, Shrek accepts a quest from Farquaad--to rescue Princess Fiona from a fire-breathing dragon so she can marry Farquaad. Hilarious adventures ensue.

2001 -- 90 minutes -- Rated PG for mild language and some crude humor -- Cartoon, Adventure, Fantasy

Children younger than eight must be accompanied by an adult.
