Exercise at the Library: The Otago Exercise Program

Participate in a free, 30-minute exercise class. This class meets every Monday afternoon, July 10-August 28.

The Otago Exercise Program is an evidence-based exercise class that improves strength and balance. All of the exercises can be done seated or standing to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. No equipment is necessary, but feel free to bring your own weights or resistance bands.

While participants are encouraged to attend all eight sessions, sign up for only the sessions you can attend.
