Julie M. Gentile offers strategies from her award-winning books, 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas and How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide.
You'll learn how to start journaling, an everyday meditation, a grounding breathing exercise, and other practical self-care practices for mind, body, and spirit. Julie will share ways to start now and stay motivated to make self-care a daily, lifelong habit.
This is a hybrid event with the option to participate in-person or on Zoom. All in-person participants must follow the library's pandemic safety guidance. Online participants will receive the Zoom link in their confirmation email.
