Family Cooking Workshop--Pizza Night: Online Event

Chef Michael teaches cooking skills as we make pizza. For all ages (we recommend that an adult work with young children).

Required ingredients include:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 envelope RapidRise yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup very warm water (between 120 and 130 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  • any of your favorite pizza toppings (for example, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, basil, pepperoni, sausage)

Required equipment includes:

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • large mixing bowls
  • stand mixer (optional)
  • measuring cups
  • plastic wrap
  • cookie sheet
