Medicare Part D Sign-up Assistance: Online Event

Select the best Medicare Part D option with the help of a health care counselor. Starting November 1, call the library at 847-673-7774 to make an appointment.

Trained health care counselors from Congresswoman Schakowsky's office, the Village of Skokie, and CJE will be available for personal, online appointments to help you understand the process and select the right option for your needs. The Medicare Open Enrollment period for 2021 is October 15-December 7. At your appointment, compare your current plan to what other plans offer. New enrollees may also sign up.

For your online appointment, please have ready your Medicare card, details of your current plan, and a list of prescriptions you take.

Registration will close when all appointments are full, or at 9 am the day before the event. We will email the Zoom event link after registration has closed.
