- 3 cups all-purpose flour (wheat flour can be used if preferred)
- ¼ t yeast
- 1 t salt
- 1-½ cups very hot water from tap, not boiling
- 1 large bowl
- 1 spoon
- Plastic wrap
- Floured board
- Parchment paper
- Dutch oven or other oven-proof large pot
