Because many of us are spending unexpected time at home, here are ways you can use your Skokie Public Library card to stay engaged and entertained.
Don't have a library card? During our temporary closure due to COVID-19, we can email you a library card number so that you can use all of our online resources. Just fill out the online application and we'll be in touch.

Cardholders have access to Mango Languages, which has lessons in more than 60 languages, including English.
Teach and entertain kids
Kanopy is currently offering unlimited views for KanopyKids, which includes storytime videos, educational videos, TV shows, and movies.

Lynda.com has thousands of step-by-step video tutorials for a wide range of topics, such as software, marketing, business, and technology.
Treehouse.com includes more than 1,000 videos on web design, coding, business, and much more.
Creativebug is a new resource, where you can find award-winning videos on all types of crafts, from watercolor to quilting and more.
