Building Curry with Anupy Singla

Anupy Singla has visited us here at Skokie Public Library several times in the past year or so. She's happily provided patrons with preparation tips and cooking techniques for making delicious Indian dishes.
Anupy is the owner and creator of the Indian as Apple Pie blog and website, as well as the author of three cookbooks (see links to our catalog below). She invited us into her home this past fall where we filmed her at work creating a curry recipe from scratch. Anupy prefers to say, she doesn’t cook curries, she builds them, one layer at a time.
