An impoverished Irish immigrant in the industrial 1860s takes a job as a lady's maid in the home of prominent businessman Andrew Carnegie, with whom she falls in love before going missing.

Carnegie's Maid is a novel by Marie Benedict.

This is a hybrid event with the option to participate remotely on Zoom. Limited to 12 in-person participants, who must follow the library's pandemic safety guidance.
