Escape the Holiday Bustle

The holidays are a joyful season, but they can also be very hectic and exhausting, and it's hard to feel festive when you're completely worn out. This month at the library, we're offering a number of programs which invite you to slow down and breathe. You'll have more cheer to share with your friends and family if you take care of yourself first. Try one of these classes, or simply find a quiet corner of the library (or book a study room) for a few precious minutes of "you time."
